About Natalie

Natalie received her Master of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto. Prior to obtaining her Master’s degree, Natalie completed her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University. During her time at McMaster, Natalie had the opportunity to work as a Student Field Therapist with the Varsity Men’s Football Team, where she treated athletes for acute on-field injuries and provided continuous rehabilitation in-clinic to help athletes return to play. Natalie strives to provide client-centred care to optimize their health and reach their goals. She takes a holistic approach to the care she provides and works collaboratively with her clients to help them actively participate in their rehab and ultimately reach their goals of returning to work, sports, and activities they enjoy. Her treatment approach encompasses a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, and client education tailored to their unique needs. When she is not at the clinic, Natalie enjoys the outdoors where you can find her running, hiking, and playing beach volleyball. You can also find her around the city trying new coffee shops on the hunt to find the best Americano.
