About Natalie
Natalie is the clinic owner at Focus Integrated Health with over 20 years of experience working in the health and fitness industry. She is passionate about helping people live healthy and joyful lives using a holistic and transformative treatment process. Her approach is creative, open, and flexible, recognizing that healing requires an individualized approach.
Natalie graduated with honors and distinction from the CSO after completing a Certificate in Higher Education in Osteopathic Studies at the University College of Osteopathy (UCO), formerly the British School of Osteopathy (BSO), in England. She was awarded the BSO prize for the Best Overall Performance and also received an award from the CSO for the most representative thesis for the advancement of Osteopathy in the field of clinical research: The Effects of Global Osteopathic Treatment on Functional Gastrointestinal Disorders of Gut-Brain Interaction. Natalie also trained and mentored students as a Clinic Supervisor at the Canadian School of Osteopathy (CSO).
In addition, Natalie also has a Bachelor of Commerce (Computer Science/Informatics) degree, is a certified Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Comprehensive Pilates Teacher, and holds diplomas in Personal Training and Sports & Fitness Therapy.
