About Narges

Hello, my name is Narges Rastgoo, and I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). I am deeply passionate about supporting you on your journey through life’s challenges by fostering a safe, compassionate space where you feel empowered to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences. I work primarily with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, including immigration, career changes, and personal growth. With a Master’s degree in Counselling and over six years of experience in the field, I take a collaborative and empathetic approach to therapy. My practice integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care. I value diversity and individuality, and I welcome clients from all backgrounds. My goal is to create a nonjudgmental, inclusive environment built on trust, respect, and genuine connection. I offer therapy in both English and Persian (Farsi), and provide in-person and virtual sessions across Kitchener, Waterloo, and Toronto.
