Nancy worked in an office setting for over 10 years before pursuing her passion for helping others through massage therapy. Her personal journey of overcoming shoulder pain and mobility restrictions inspired her to study Advanced Clinical Massage Therapy in Edmonton. Through her training, Nancy developed skills in relaxation massage, deep tissue therapy, hot stone massage, myofascial release, and trigger point therapy. She is passionate about helping clients reduce muscle tension and pain, improve mobility and range of motion, and support overall wellness through therapeutic massage care.
