Nancy is a Master Practitioner Clinical Counsellor who specializes in helping people navigate difficult times in their lives, develop resilience, and create meaningful change. She works collaboratively with individuals to identify unhelpful patterns, address obstacles, and tap into personal strengths to support healing and growth. Her approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to each person’s unique needs. Drawing on mind-body techniques and approaches such as Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and guided therapeutic focus, Nancy helps clients access deeper insight, shift limiting patterns, and achieve lasting change in a safe and supportive environment. At the heart of Nancy’s practice is the belief that every person already carries the resources they need — and with the right support, those resources can be strengthened and brought to the surface.
