As an RMT I believe in a patient-centred approach to treatment ensuring sessions are tailored to each individual’s unique needs and goals. Whether it is to reduce stress or to improve range of motion, reduce pain and muscle tension, I will use a wide range of massage techniques to reach the desired outcome. I believe that a commitment to a detailed treatment plan is an important part of the healing process. I am dedicated to working closely with each client, listening to their needs and goals, and collaboratively creating a personalized treatment plan. In my spare time, I enjoy the beautiful outdoors Whistler offers, spending time with my family and friends, often on the mountain hiking, mountain biking and skiing.
