Nadya is a Registered Psychotherapist with a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. She is deeply committed to supporting individuals and couples in creating meaningful change and developing greater self-awareness. She offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space for healing, personal growth, and exploration of life’s challenges.
Nadya is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and has experience working with both individuals and couples. Her integrative approach draws on a range of evidence-based modalities, including humanistic, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, emotion-focused, and Gottman methods, in addition to EMDR. Nadya works collaboratively with each client, tailoring therapy to their unique needs and goals while fostering a supportive, client-centered environment.
