Nadia has extensive experience with the swedish, therapeutic/Deep tissue flushing techniques,heat and cold,Prenatal Massage.She graduated from Wellington College of Remedial Massage in 2007 and prides herself on adressing each individual treatment goals.SHe loves educating clients on Massage self-care (dieting,excercise,stretching ), and ergonamics for at home/workplace in the prevention of further injury. Back in 2007 Nadia had oppurtunity to travel to Conventry to England to tiny Tim's children Centre, a centre providing free Therapy to children with dissabilities. She completed her Massage Practicum at the Centre finding it humbling to be surrounder by children who never stopped smiling, even while they overcame great challenges. She has since volunteered massage to promote wellness weeks for several companies and charity events such as MS bike tour, Women wellness fair, westjet, U of M and the Pan Am summer games.
