About Nadia

Reiki’s transformative energy found me while I was working in India in 2011. I say that Reiki “found me” because, at the time, I had never heard of it. While searching online for a meditation teacher, I was unexpectedly guided to my Guru and Reiki Master, Sukirta Chopra. That encounter marked the beginning of a journey that would forever change my life as I began studying the traditional practice of Usui Reiki under her guidance. At that point in my life, my husband and I had spent eight years trying to grow our family. We had endured multiple rounds of IUI and IVF treatments, countless fertility medications, and the emotional challenges that so often accompany infertility. During my Reiki training, I began practicing Reiki on myself as a way to cultivate peace, hope, and balance amid uncertainty. That same year, I became pregnant with our first child. Today, we are blessed with two incredible children. While I cannot say what role Reiki played medically, I know with certainty that it transformed me emotionally, spiritually, and energetically during one of the most difficult seasons of my life. It helped me reconnect with myself, trust the journey, and find peace regardless of the outcome. Looking back, I believe we are sometimes called toward something before we understand why. I am profoundly grateful that I chose to follow the path that unfolded before me, and it is now my privilege to help others discover healing in their own lives. My own spiritual journey continues through the teachings of Paramahansa Yogananda, alongside the study of breathwork, meditation, and conscious living. As I continue to learn and grow, I am honoured to share these practices with those who are seeking greater peace, balance, and self-discovery.
