About Nadia

Nadia brings over 14 years of experience supporting individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, helping clients ages 14 and up navigate life’s challenges with care and compassion. She holds a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and is a registered member of the College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers. Nadia works with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and family pressures. She has a special passion for helping adults who feel stuck, burdened by self-doubt, cultural expectations, or a sense of disconnection from themselves or their loved ones. Whether you're struggling with communication, trust, or family dynamics, Nadia offers support rooted in empathy, respect, and cultural understanding. As a BIPOC therapist, she is attuned to the complex ways that race, ethnicity, faith, and identity shape mental health and relationships. Nadia draws on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, Mindfulness, and the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy to help individuals and couples heal, grow, and move forward with clarity and confidence. Nadia provides culturally sensitive, anti-oppressive, and inclusive care in English, Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi, offering clients the opportunity to explore their challenges in the language they feel most comfortable using. If you’re ready to make meaningful change, deepen your relationships, or reconnect with yourself, Nadia is here to support you every step of the way.
