About Nadah
Nadah believes that every person has a story worth hearing and understanding. In her work, she meets each individual where they are, with patience, presence, and compassion.
Nadah is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She is currently completing her practicum as part of her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, further enhancing her education and clinical experience. She is a member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA) and practices under the supervision of a licensed clinical supervisor.
Nadah brings more than 10 years of experience in health sciences research, alongside extensive community work supporting individuals through significant life transitions, including the perinatal period and the complexities of navigating life between cultures. Together, these experiences have shaped her thoughtful and practical approach to therapy, one that values both evidence-informed care and the human experience.
Having lived in multiple countries and within diverse cultural and faith communities, Nadah understands firsthand that people are shaped by far more than their struggles. She has a particular passion for supporting women as they navigate the expectations and responsibilities of cultural and family life, as well as the transitions that can leave them feeling pulled in many directions. She is equally passionate about working with adolescents experiencing acculturation stress and the challenges of finding their place across cultures and communities. Nadah welcomes individuals from all backgrounds and strives to create a safe, supportive space where every client feels heard, understood, and accepted for their whole self.
Nadah supports individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, relationship and family challenges, patterns of self-criticism, and life's significant transitions that can leave them feeling overwhelmed or uncertain. Her approach is collaborative and tailored to each person's unique needs, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and person-centred and relational approaches, all within a trauma-informed framework.
Nadah's work is rooted in the belief that healing is possible for everyone. She is committed to walking alongside her clients as they rediscover their resilience, reconnect with their authentic selves, and move forward with greater confidence, clarity, and hope.
