About My-Nghi

My-Nghi is a dedicated Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from Ontario College of Health & Technology, Stoney Creek. Her passion and appreciation for natural healing is deep rooted and lead her to help others on their healing journey. Since graduating from OCHT, she has expanded her knowledge in Cupping, Hot Stone, and Thai Massage. In 2019, she earned a Certificate of Completion from McMaster University in Medical Acupuncture and is also a certified Reflexologist. My-Nghi’s approach emphasizes the importance of moving better so we can feel better. She incorporates soft tissue release and mobility techniques in her practice, to encourage body awareness and overall balance in activities of daily living. On her down time, her movement practice of choice is hot yoga and trying to keep up with her two beautiful dogs.
