About My-Nghi

My-Nghi graduated from the Massage Therapy Program at Ontario College of Health & Technology, Stoney Creek. In her early years, My-Nghi was accustomed to natural healing modalities, leading her to follow her passion to help others. Since graduating from OCHT, she has attended training for Cupping, Hot Stone, and Thai Massage. In 2019, she received a Certificate of Completion from McMaster University in Medical Acupuncture and is also a certified Reflexologist. My-Nghi believes that improving movement and balance will help the body heal and feel better. She encourages self-awareness and regular functional movements through approachable remedial exercises.
