Muhammad completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University before earning his Master of Science in Physiotherapy from Queen’s University. With a background as a personal trainer and competitive powerlifter, he brings over seven years of experience in exercise prescription, strength and conditioning to his clinical practice. As a registered physiotherapist, Muhammad integrates hands-on techniques such as manual therapy, joint mobilizations, and soft tissue release, and has pursued continuing education in acupuncture/dry needling as well as advanced integrated musculoskeletal (AIM) physiotherapy. He believes strongly in patient education and takes a holistic approach to assessment and treatment, emphasizing that it is never too early or too late to become a stronger, healthier version of yourself. Muhammad works collaboratively with his clients to create individualized treatment programs tailored to their unique needs. His practice focuses on building self-efficacy, relieving pain, improving function, and empowering clients to achieve long-term health and independence both inside and outside the clinic. Outside of physiotherapy, he has a passion for walking/hiking, weightlifting, trying out new restaurants, and staying up to date on the latest Apple devices!
