About Moriah
I am a registered psychologist who strives to help my clients create meaningful change. I work from an integrative, strength-based approach meaning that I focus on your unique abilities while drawing from a variety of therapeutic approaches to help you achieve your goals. I offer formal assessments for both teens and adults. Specializing in ADHD and psychoeducational assessments, I use evidence-based measures and provide a comprehensive report to help you understand your presenting concern(s). My goal is to help my clients leave their assessment with a plan and clarity about next steps to overcome the challenges they are facing.
I also provide therapy services for adults facing chronic pain, insomnia or sleep difficulties, burnout, or trauma. My clinical experience in health and rehabilitation psychology has focused on supporting individuals presenting with health-related concerns and workplace issues. I have an extensive background in trauma research focused on adverse childhood experiences as well as vicarious trauma and burnout. Through my research and practice, I learned of our brain’s capacity to adapt, heal, and change, showing our ability to continually grow and overcome challenges. I incorporate evidence-based approaches to integrate this experience into my therapeutic practice while bringing an authentic, non-judgmental approach to create safety and a space to heal.
