###Hi, I’m Morgan Buttigieg!### A Massage Therapist with a passion for helping people feel better, move better, and become more intune with their bodies. As a hybrid athlete involved in both the racquet sports and weightlifting communities, along with my background as a personal trainer, I’ve always been interested in movement and the ways our bodies adapt to the demands we place on them; whether that comes from training, work, stress, or everyday life.* My treatment style is slow, focused, and intentional, combining therapeutic massage with movement-based techniques. I take the time to really work with the body rather than rush through a treatment, paying attention to areas of tension, restriction, and discomfort while considering how the body moves and functions as a whole. The goal isn’t just to provide a quick fix, but to create meaningful changes that support how you move, recover, and go about everyday life. With a growing interest in performance, rehabilitation, and movement, I’m continually expanding my education and the tools I can bring into my practice, including FST and lymphatic drainage. I enjoy continuing to learn about the body and finding new ways to support how you move, recover, and feel in your everyday life. For me, massage therapy is about more than working on tight muscles. *It’s about creating space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and better understand what it needs.
