“I was discriminated against by Monita when I questioned her about her intake form which did not allow me to continue unless I entered a cell phone number, so I entered my land line in order to complete the form. I do not own a cell phone so I felt she should adjust her intake form for people like me. Instead of trying to resolve my problem she told me that she didn't like my attitude, that I probably was not a good fit for her clinic and felt that I would be better off with another clinic down the street. She said she was cancelling any appointments I had made. Her treatment of me was unprofessional and uncalled for. I did nothing wrong by questioning her intake form. Monita never met me but was making unfair assumptions without facts. I would highly discourage anyone from going to this clinic.
I was never aggressive and rude to her. I am a 74 year old senior who has good relations and no problems with the local practitioners whom I see, including Physiotherapist, Chiropractor, and Osteopathic Doctor. “Monita was able to treat me last minute for an acute neck spasm. She was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about the human body. I felt like I was in the right hands.
