Monika is a registered social worker who supports teens and adults experiencing various challenges such as anxiety, depression, stress, and identity exploration. She is especially passionate about supporting people with misophonia/misokinesia (specific sound/sight sensitivity), and people who are part of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community.
She uses a queer and gender-affirming, neurodivergent-affirming, weight-inclusive, and trauma-informed approach. She strives to create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive space for you to share, be heard, and supported in working towards your goals, at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
