Hey, I’m Monica! With the ever changing environment we live in and the inevitable challenges life throws our way, it is normal to feel anxious, overwhelmed, down, or just outright confused. But you don’t have to deal with these feelings on your own. Therapy provides you with a safe space to process your emotions, discuss your thoughts, and gain insight about yourself and your goals. Here, we move at your pace, slow things down, and create a space that fosters growth and confidence. In your journey here, we will work together to address your concerns, whether it be about new life transitions, relationship and friendship struggles, anxiety, self-doubt, or anything in-between. In fact, you can come in without knowing what you want to discuss at all. Therapy is not just a space to navigate specific problems, but can simply be a place to reconnect with yourself, taking as much time, or as little, as you need. I lead with compassion, empathy, and genuine curiosity, fostering a relationship where you feel safe, seen, and heard. We will create a collaborative environment where I can support you in rediscovering yourself, your needs, and grow your confidence to move forward both in therapy and in your life.
