Momo's approach is assessment-driven and whole-body focused. With over 18 years of experience as a Registered Massage Therapist and advanced training in osteopathic manual therapy, she works to identify underlying contributors to pain and dysfunction rather than treating symptoms in isolation.
Sessions are tailored to each individual and may include a combination of manual therapy techniques, gentle joint and tissue work, and movement-based strategies. Treatment pressure and style are adapted to the body’s response on the day of treatment.
