Mitch graduated from Centennial College in 2019. Through his own personal journey with health and wellness he immersed himself in physical activities such as running and yoga.
With his in depth knowledge about the mind-body connection, and a passion to help people connect with and understand their own bodies, Mitch pursued his career path in Massage therapy.
Mitch’s artful blend of therapy and relaxation combine to create a thoughtful and thorough approach using a variety of pressures, techniques and tempo of treatment. Listening to the unique cues of your body and nervous system, Mitch custom tailors each treatment to meet your individual needs, leaving you relaxed and rejuvenated.
