Miro is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) with a Kinesiology degree from Western University. He has worked with a diverse range of athletes and clients, including hockey, basketball, soccer, and track and field athletes, as well as general population clients. In 2022, Miro facilitated the offseason training of Nic Hague at The Armoury prior to winning the Stanley Cup.
Drawing from both scientific evidence and practical experience, Miro takes an individualized and strategic approach to training and ensures that each athlete maximizes their performance while minimizing injury risk. He understands that coaching is more than just programming—it’s about building trust, adapting to different personalities, and communicating in a way that resonates with each individual. By emphasizing strong relationships and effective coaching strategies, Miro ensures his athletes are not only physically prepared but also engaged and motivated throughout their development.
