Minal Shah is a licensed physiotherapist with over six years of experience, originally from Mumbai and now practicing in beautiful British Columbia. Known for her calm, approachable nature, Minal creates a safe, welcoming space where clients feel truly heard, supported, and at ease, no matter where they are in their healing journey.
She brings a holistic and compassionate approach to care, firmly believing that healing happens best when we treat the whole person and not just the symptoms. Her clinical experience includes chronic pain management, post-surgical rehab, neurological care, and more.
Minal often says that pain is her favourite riddle to solve. She also believes that "pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional" and is deeply committed to helping clients understand the root of their discomfort and reclaim their comfort and confidence.
