About Milissa
Milissa began studying the human body around the age of 11 sparked by an interest in competitive first aid. Her passion and awe of the human form led to an undergraduate degree in general studies of anatomy and physiology from Simon Fraser University. She continued her education with a massage therapy diploma from MH Vicars in 2009. When she discovered Essentrics® in 2015 her love of the body expanded even further as she discovered its ability to heal through movement. She now uses a combination of massage therapy and movement to help her clients reduce pain and stiffness and find a new understanding of their mobility.
