He completed his Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy in India before relocating to Canada in 2019, where he further advanced his knowledge by earning a diploma in Health, Wellness and Fitness from Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario.Milind subsequently completed his physiotherapy licensing requirements in Canada and is currently a registered member of the Ontario College of Physiotherapists. He is passionate about the role of physical rehabilitation in promoting overall wellness, particularly in the management of acute injuries and chronic conditions. His clinical focus includes exercise-based orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injury management, and neurological rehabilitation.Milind has extensive experience working with individuals recovering from neurological conditions, including paralysis, supporting them in regaining independence and improving their quality of life. He also places a strong emphasis on prevention and education, having conducted ergonomic and posture-correction seminars for corporate organizations. He advocates for proactive approaches to health through proper posture, movement, and individualized exercise programs.
