About Milad

Milad graduated from York University in Toronto with specialized honour, Bachelor of Kinesiology. He later received his Doctor of Physiotherapy degree (DPT) from D'Youville University in Buffalo, New York. His lifelong interest in anatomy, love and appreciation for exercise and a desire to help people to improve their quality of life led him to pursue a career in Physiotherapy. Milad treats a wide range of musculoskeletal and neurological conditions, helping patients recover from pain, injury, and movement limitations. His clinical focus includes neck and back pain, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle injuries, sports-related injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, arthritis, tendon and ligament injuries, and chronic pain conditions. He also has experience treating more specialized conditions such as TMJ (jaw pain and dysfunction), vertigo and balance disorders, and concussion and post-concussion symptoms. Treatment plans are individualized and evidence-based, with a strong focus on pain relief, functional recovery, and helping patients safely return to daily activities, work, and sport. He uses various manual therapy techniques combined with therapeutic exercises and patient education to help patients achieve their short and long term goals. Milad loves traveling and he is an aviation enthusiast and during downtime he enjoys reading and working out.
