About Mika

I completed my undergraduate degree in kinesiology at the University of British Columbia and obtained my Masters in Physiotherapy Studies at the University of Queensland. I believe physiotherapy is working together with the client by providing education, exercises and manual therapy to meet their individualized goals. I have experience treating a wide variety of people from athletes, seniors, desk workers as well as ICBC and WorkSafe BC clients. I speak fluent English and Tagalog. Outside of the clinic, I enjoy outdoor activities year-round such as snowboarding and hiking and I also like to slow things down, with some yoga.
