Michelle Witte is a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of
Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). She provides specialized coaching for adults diagnosed with ADHD/ADD. Michelle specializes in anxiety, self-love, stress, and life transitions as well.
Michelle helps to support her clients in managing the functional impairments that ADHD symptoms can have on one’s life, while also highlighting the strengths that can come from it. She helps clients achieve their personal goals, using creative, supportive, and structured techniques designed to maximize success and make their lives easier to manage. She is trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and uses it to help her clients change how they think, behave, and build healthy coping behaviours.
Michelle’s psychotherapy training helps clients fire their inner critic and hire an inner support coach to help them build a more positive and respectful relationship with themselves.
