My treatments are focused on what your body needs in the moment and promote relaxation, release, and balance. I specialize in nervous system regulation and combine breath work, cues of saftey, and therapeutic techniques to guide you comfortably into a state of healing. I want you to feel nurtured and cared for. I love what I do and am here to support you with your wellness. My hope is for you to feel at ease in your body and find more enjoyment in life. How I found myself becoming a holistic wellness practitioner is I was diagnosed with Long Covid and specifically Mast Cell Activation Syndrome, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, and Myofascial Pain Syndrome. That diagnosis shook me to my core, emotionally and physically. I felt overwhelmed, lost, and helpless. I needed support to get out from under my symptoms and I found it in holistic practices. I've walked a tough path back to health and I want others who may be struggling and experiencing the same feelings to know, you're not alone. There is a path to wellness for you. I am happily married to my husband and a mom to two daughters who are both grown. My hobbies include kayaking, exploring trails, playing with my three cats, and talking to the bees in my backyard. Most days you'll find me in my garden, bare feet and hands in the soil, soaking up all the energy the earth and the sun provide.
