If you are looking to book an appointment please call 519-208-2256 or info@calmingtree.ca I have experience in couples and individual counselling and use tools from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and the Gottman Method to tailor our work to meet the needs and goals you bring. I have had the privilege of supporting individuals and families from diverse places who have faced mental illness, grief and loss, trauma, family and relationship conflict, stress, anxiety, and other challenges throughout their lives. I completed my Bachelor of Social Work and Sociology at McMaster University and my Master of Social at Wilfred Laurier University and am currently registered in good standing with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW).
