Michelle has worked as an RMT for the past 12 years, graduating from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2009. She has a passion for treating people from various backgrounds and abilities and is grateful she can use her training to do so.
As a therapist, Michelle is committed to helping her patient's reach their healthcare and life goals through hands on treatment, patient education, exercise, preventative care and listening to each patient's unique circumstances.
She integrates various techniques including ;Swedish and deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, attachment release, neuromuscular massage and stretching.
Outside of work Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and friends, enjoying the outdoors, gardening, relaxing at the beach, biking, paddleboarding, and boating.
