After health challenges in 2003 shifted her path from corporate group facilitation to the healing arts, Michelle dedicated herself to studying recovery firsthand. She holds a degree in Remedial Massage Therapy from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy, alongside certifications in yoga and meditation instruction.
Committed to advanced care, Michelle regularly exceeds her MTAA continuing education requirements with specialized training in orthopedic massage, myofascial release, and central sensitization syndromes.
