I love how the body works, how muscles adapt, and how everything is so integrated and harmonious. I care when someone is in pain or doesn't feel able to do the things they need or love to do. Movement Works operates with one driving focus: creating results that are obvious from the very first visit. I have extensive training and have continuously upgraded my skills in order to be the most effective I can be. Results matter! My treatment style is grounded in Manual Therapy and complemented by Acupuncture where needed. This approach allows me to effectively treat pain and dysfunction, then design an exercise program to complement the care I have provided between visits. It would be my pleasure to help you meet your goals.
