About Michel

I take a deeply personalized approach to massage therapy, with a foundation combining traditional Swedish and deep-tissue techniques. My work incorporates a wide range of advanced therapeutic approaches, including trigger-point therapy, hot-stone treatment, tapotement for restoring energy, and myofascial release (i.e. gentle sustained pressure that eases restrictions in the connective tissue around the muscles in order to relieve pain and restore natural movement). In 2024 I added to my wheelhouse, becoming a Registered Acupuncturist, allowing me to support healing from an even more holistic perspective. What truly guides my work is a simple philosophy: don’t chase pain, find its root. This focus, paired with ongoing dedication to growing my skill set, has allowed me to help clients from all walks of life: office workers, seniors, athletes, and individuals navigating mobility challenges. My approach is gentle, mindful, and deeply integrative --- connecting body, mind, and spirit through massage so you can move, feel, and live better.
