Michael Rueter has had an interest in holistic health for a long time! Having worked as a high-level personal trainer, holistic lifestyle coach, registered holistic nutritionist, he also has a degree in psychology and has graduated from Boreal College in Ontario in Massage Therapy. Married with 4 children, his family enjoys mountain biking, camping, hiking, running, and the outdoors in general.
Michael believes in helping individuals find the root cause of their issue and finding the longest-lasting relief. He believes in a well-understood plan and greater long-term results.
