My approach is personalized to your needs, is judgement free, and cultivates skills applicable to most aspects of life. I also include humility and gratitude as central to my approach as I have been and continue to be in the client seat as well. The talk therapy I do is systemic relational which means you the client are central to the approach. The somatic therapy I do incorporates the mind body connection as well as holds space for understanding one’s energy. I do this work with individuals as well as couples and families.
