Mike Petizian is currently in his second year as a trainer at High Octane Training and Therapy, where he works closely with clients to improve performance, build strength, and support overall health. He holds certifications in personal training and nutrition, bringing a practical, results-driven approach shaped by his experience in high-performance environments.
Originally from Mississauga, Mike spent five years competing in the Ontario Hockey League with the Kitchener Rangers. In 2022, he was recognized with the Jim McGeachie Memorial Award for Most Outstanding Team Effort and the Jim Reilly Award as the team’s leading scorer—highlighting both his production and commitment to team success.
He went on to attend the University of New Brunswick, where he played for the UNB Reds Men’s Hockey team for four years, contributing to multiple national championship runs. During his time at UNB, he was also a recipient of the Rod Pike Award, further recognizing his impact and performance within the program.
Mike combines his elite hockey background with his passion for fitness and client development, building a career centered on performance, leadership, and helping others reach their full potential.
