About Michael
Michael has been a practicing Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) in British Columbia since 1999 and is currently registered with the College of Complementary Health Professionals of BC (CCHPBC). With over two decades of clinical experience, Michael has dedicated his career to understanding the intricate mechanics of human health.
In 2018, Michael expanded his clinical toolset by completing a comprehensive program in manual osteopathy. Today, he maintains a distinct dual-modality practice, offering dedicated sessions as an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner to provide holistic, hands-on care.
Manual osteopathic treatments offer a gentle, whole-body approach that aligns with the body’s natural structures. Grounded in anatomy, physiology, and neurology, this practice looks at the interconnected systems of the body—including the musculoskeletal, visceral, and craniosacral systems. Each session is carefully tailored to your personal history to support the body's natural mechanics, movement, and structural balance.
In addition to his physical practice, Michael has completed studies as a Medical Qigong Practitioner. He integrates these gentle principles of movement and mindfulness into his personal approach to wellness and self-care, reinforcing his deep commitment to a balanced lifestyle.
Please note: Registered Massage Therapy and Manual Osteopathy are offered as separate sessions and are billed independently under their respective professional frameworks.
