Melissa employs an empathetic, integrative approach to creating a confidential, safe and caring environment for clinician’s to explore, reflect and grow.
Therapeutically, Melissa works from a strength-based perspective while providing supportive guidance as clinicians examine complex cases, engage in self reflection and determine their future goals.
Some of the therapeutic modalities that Melissa is trained in, include Narrative Therapy, EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Therapy, and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy.
