Booking in with me you can expect an evidence based approach with assessment to help build a treatment plan that works for you and your goals! I use a variety of massage techniques including but not limited to neuromuscular therapy, muscle energy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, contract-relax stretching and deep tissue massage.
Born and raised in the Okanagan, I have a love for the outdoors and spend my free time skiing, camping, reading a book or on the ball field.
I have been apart of the wonderful Vernon Baseball Association as a Midget U18 AA Coach for the past 4 seasons. Playing many different sports growing up, including baseball for Team BC, founded my love for human anatomy and inspired my career as an RMT!
