I am a dedicated craniosacral therapist, massage therapist, manual osteopathic therapist and certified lymphedema therapist with a deep passion for helping people feel better in their bodies. My approach to treatment is rooted in compassion, curiosity and continuous learning. I am always expanding my knowledge and integrating new techniques to provide personalized, effective care for each client. When I'm not working with clients you'll often find me at the gym, enjoying a walk outside, reading about anatomy, researching new therapeutic approaches and the intricate workings of the human body. I also enjoy the calming art of quilt making where creating meets quiet reflection - much like the work I do in the treatment room.
