I believe that each person desires to be engaged in thriving relationships, and we do best when connected with others who take the time to listen, to validate and to offer us a safe space in which to process thoughts and opinions...without judgment. My personal journey has equipped me with a compassionate understanding for those who have encountered trauma and loss. In seeing the healing of counselling in my life, and the lives of others, I developed a sincere passion and desire to provide for others, a safe environment where their pain and disappointments could be freely processed. I offer an environment of support, believing that validating our internal thoughts provides greater opportunity for us to find clarity, peace, freedom and hope for the future.
