Calgary-born and raised, Melissa completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the University of Calgary before earning her Master of Physical Therapy in 2017.
Melissa takes a personalized, movement-focused approach to physiotherapy. She looks beyond symptoms to understand how each client moves, what may be contributing to their injury, and which activities matter most to them. Her treatments may include movement assessment, manual therapy, dry needling, cupping, taping, functional exercise, and education to help clients recover, move with confidence, and build long-term resilience.
As a Level 3 Certified Pelvic Health Physiotherapist through Pelvic Health Solutions, Melissa has a special interest in women’s health and pelvic health care. With her own passion for running and strength training, she especially enjoys helping active women and female athletes recover from injury, improve performance, and confidently return to the activities they love.
