I often work with individuals who are repeating pattern or thoughts that provided safety to them at one point; however, now such patterns and thoughts are outdated. With compassion, I support individuals to engage in exploring how such patterns, thoughts and beliefs are held within the body, impacting their relationship with themselves and others.
