I’m Melanie, an Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) at My Inner Peace Counselling and Psychotherapy. I believe we all have the inner strength and resilience to create meaningful change.
My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and support as you navigate life’s challenges and reconnect with your values and strengths.
I work with individuals, couples, children, and families through life’s transitions, offering a warm, calming, and non-judgmental space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered.
My approach is client-centered and strength-based, grounded in collaboration, curiosity, and compassion.
