My passion for helping people achieve optimal health and well-being stems from a strong foundation in human kinetics, earned during my undergraduate studies. This background, combined with my massage therapy education, allows me to approach each treatment with a deep understanding of the body's mechanics. I provide a range of massage techniques, including cupping therapy, a modality for muscle tension and fascial adhesions. I also offer pregnancy massage, providing safe and comfortable treatments for the duration of the entire pregnancy.
