With over 12 years of experience in physiotherapy, Meghan is passionate about helping her patients achieve their health goals through personalized care, and she is excited to be back working in her home town of St. Albert! Specializing in treating musculoskeletal issues, pre/post-surgery rehab, vertigo, pelvic health for all genders, and concussions, she uses a comprehensive approach tailored to each individual. Her treatment techniques include education, exercise, acupuncture, functional dry needling, spinal manipulations, the Graston technique, shockwave therapy, and taping. Above all, Meghan believes in truly listening to her patients to ensure they feel heard and involved in their recovery process. When she’s not in the clinic, Meghan loves spending time with her family and dogs, enjoying the outdoors snowboarding and camping, or spending time at the beach.
