Dr. Reaves is a Registered Chiropractor passionate about helping patients move well, recover from injury, and feel confident in their bodies through evidence-based, patient-centered care. As an active individual and former youth athlete, she understands the importance of moving well and staying active. She is passionate about helping patients reduce pain, improve function, and better understand their bodies so they feel empowered to take an active role in their recovery.
Dr. Reaves has experience working with acute and chronic musculoskeletal concerns, including sports-related injuries, joint and muscle pain, and degenerative conditions. Her experience as a hockey athletic trainer and rugby sideline medic has provided valuable insight into injury management, athletic performance, and returning to activity. Having experienced persistent hip pain as a young athlete herself, she understands the importance of feeling heard and supported throughout the recovery process.
Her individualized approach may include chiropractic adjustments, joint mobilizations, acupuncture, soft tissue therapy, cupping, and exercise prescription and rehabilitation. She considers each patient’s goals, lifestyle, and activity level to help improve pain, mobility, strength, and overall function.
Megan holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Saskatchewan and a Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. She also holds certifications in acupuncture, athletic taping, and first responder training.
