About Megan

Megan graduated from McMaster University in 2013 with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and then continued her education at Sutherland-Chan Massage Therapy School and became a Registered Massage Therapist in 2014. Megan continues to bring her passion of helping others and her knowledge of the human anatomy into each treatment to help patients achieve their health and wellness goals. She is comfortable treating patients of all ages, including infants and will customize her treatment, pressure and techniques based on each individual. Throughout her years of practice, Megan has gained extensive experience working with women throughout their pregnancy and into their postpartum journey. Megan is a mom of two young kids and understands the utmost importance of taking care of one’s own body. Megan also has experience in deep tissue massages, treatments for headaches/migraines and overall chronic tension. She is ready to help her patients decrease their pain, reduce stress and achieve an overall sense of relaxation.
