About Megan

Dr. Megan Dupuis brings a unique blend of both athletic-based and women’s health-informed chiropractic care to the team. Her passion for helping others move better and live healthier began through sport. This led her to a Bachelor of Human Kinetics degree at the University of Ottawa, where she competed at an elite and national level with the uOttawa softball team. During this time, Megan developed her interest in rehabilitation working alongside varsity athletics in both sideline medical coverage and strength and conditioning programming. She then earned her Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Alongside her athletic background, Megan has a special interest in women’s health across the lifespan. She is actively pursuing advanced training in perinatal, postpartum, and peri/postmenopausal care to better support women through the physical demands of life’s changes. She has led several workshops focused on women’s health throughout the Greater Toronto Area, and is excited to bring her passion and expertise to the team. Megan has additional training in Neurofunctional Acupuncture, functional movement assessment and rehabilitation, vestibular rehabilitation and management of vertigo, and Kinesiotaping. She is committed to lifelong learning and continually expanding her skillset to provide the highest quality of care. Megan’s clinical approach pairs evidence-based treatment with functional movement, hands-on care, and individualized rehabilitation to empower individuals to feel strong and capable in their daily lives. Her goal is to find and treat the source of symptoms to provide long-lasting solutions. Above all, Megan strives to ensure every patient feels heard, understood, and supported. She provides both inclusivity and trauma-informed care, and aims to equip patients with the knowledge and tools they need to move well, feel their best, and find balance in a sustainable healthy lifestyle. Outside the clinic, Megan adheres to her own principles by staying active through strength training and recreational sports, spending time with family, or unwinding with a good book, a warm cup of coffee, and a cozy blanket.
